How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion directly from the Dentist Tracker app by following these steps:
- Open Dentist Tracker and log in to your account.
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation).
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm by tapping "Delete" in the first dialog.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap "Confirm".
- Your deletion request will be submitted and you will be signed out.
Once submitted, your account will be blocked from further access. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. During this period, you can cancel the request by logging in and choosing "Cancel Deletion Request".
What Data Is Deleted
Permanently Deleted
- Your user account and authentication credentials
- Profile information (name, email, phone, preferences)
- All patient records you created
- All treatment records and history
- All appointment records
- All medication/prescription records
- All uploaded files (X-rays, documents, images)
- Payment and financial records
Data Retention
After the 30-day grace period, all data listed above is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. No data is retained after deletion is processed.
